This hotel was a fantastic find! The attention to detail in the decor, especially the stunning artwork, made for a truly unique and memorable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful Lake Lugano and the charming amenities of Caslano.

The Albergo Gardenia in Caslano exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a quiet neighborhood near Lake Lugano. Convenient location close to the Italian border and the Alprose Chocolate Factory/Museum. Delicious breakfast buffet, lovely pool and garden area.

Beautiful surroundings and helpful staff made for a great city break. Free Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed were hugely appreciated. the hotel's key location, with easy access to the lake and a variety of restaurants in walking distance added to the convenience.

Although the breakfast options were good, some warm dishes would have been a nice addition. the lack of a restaurant or any snack options was a downside.
