Great location opposite the train station, making it convenient for day trips. My room was spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Despite some noise from the nearby train, I had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located near train station with frequent connections to Lugano, Chiasso, and Como. Renovated and modern rooms with nice views from the common area. Good alternative to expensive hotels in Lugano. Friendly staff at the hotel and restaurant. Ideal for travelers in transit.

The cleaning service and the room size were satisfactory. The location of the hotel was perfect, being situated near the city center and the main train station. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

The noise levels were intolerable during the New Year celebration. The music and sound equipment were far too loud and continued until the early hours of the morning, which made it impossible for us to sleep.

The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location right opposite the train station is perfect for easy access to both the small charming center of the town and other nearby attractions.

The lounge area on the sixth floor offers panoramic views, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet with a good selection of items.
