I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for my money was great and the room was comfortable with an amazing view. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

This hotel is great value for money! The prices are reasonable, especially considering the stunning views of the glacier opposite. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities are all in place. I particularly loved the rooms with a great view and hot water in the showers. And to top it off, breakfast was included, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel nestled high in the mountains, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The location was perfect for starting hiking expeditions, with easy access to the next station, Bernina Diavolezza. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious, with options to suit all dietary preferences, including vegetarian choices. Additionally, the hotel had a reliable wifi connection in the lobby, ensuring I could stay connected during my stay.

The wifi service was only available in the lobby area, which was a bit inconvenient.

Best views and helpful staff at this mountain-top hotel! the location was exceptional, surrounded by stunning mountains and glaciers. the staff was very welcoming and offered great service, they even helped carry our bags to the third floor. the food was delicious and the breakfast had plenty to offer.

Some road noise in the night, and only one pillow each that could have been thicker. Despite this, the underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely, and we felt very comfortable in the cozy and rustic room.
