We enjoyed the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the accommodations during our stay. The location was convenient for walking to local attractions and public transportation was easily accessible. Additionally, the free shuttle service was a nice added bonus.

The quality of the meals left something to be desired. The taste of the food was lacking and not worth the high price. Additionally, the lack of amenities was disappointing as we expected more for the price we paid. we were not satisfied with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

The location was great, staff friendly and helpful. Kids loved the play area with toys, books, and games. Clean room with all necessary amenities. Good restaurant and cool old-style elevator. Nice view of waterfall and mountains. Free parking and good breakfast buffet. Easy walk to town, short drive to Interlaken.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a wonderful experience. The room may not have been the largest, but it was still comfortable for two adults and one child. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, and the beds provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, especially considering Swiss standards. Additionally, the hotel had its own parking lot, making it convenient for those traveling by car.

There were no negative aspects to mention about this hotel. We highly recommend it, especially for families.
