We recently stayed at Alpenblick Superior for a few days and had a fantastic time. The hotel is conveniently located near the slopes and is just a short walk to the cable car station. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage after checkout. The breakfast was delicious and the ski-room was very convenient. Our room on the first floor had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel with a cozy atmosphere. the gentleman at the reception was kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room with a view. the breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel's location higher up on the hill provided a peaceful escape from the crowds. We loved our time at Alpenblick Superior in Zermatt.

Friendly staff, quiet location, easy walk to center & ski lifts. Nice dinner in restaurant with attentive waiter. Excellent service, allowed us to store luggage before check-in. Stunning views from room with two balconies. Gentleman at reception upgraded us to beautiful room. Delicious breakfast with friendly service. Cosy atmosphere & comfy beds. Short walk to gondola. Furniture in room carefully designed for convenience. Clean & loved the bathtub. Convenient taxi service to train station.

Spent Christmas and New Year's Eve at a Swiss hotel run by a lovely family. They offered a lot of choices for breakfast, including muesli, yogurt, fruits, juice, and even a toaster and boiled eggs. the location was ideal, only a 5-minute walk to the lifts. I also enjoyed the wellness area and fitness room.

The bathroom in my room was a bit outdated, and the wellness area was small. However, overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying again.

This hotel in Zermatt is located in a nice area on the edge of the beautiful town. The location is perfect for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere away from the bustling main street. The rooms are well-appointed and offer an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The balcony is really nice and provides a great spot to relax and take in the scenery. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service and the breakfast includes extra touches like freshly made cappuccinos.
