From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They really made me feel welcome and at home. Lastly, the rooms were charming and well-equipped. I loved the jacuzzi inside the room, it was such a luxurious touch. The attention to detail and the amenities provided were excellent. this hotel provided a truly memorable experience.

It was a bit too small, and there wasn't much room for walking around or lounging. the toilet near our window was a bit of an unpleasant surprise - it created an unpleasant smell that made it hard to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
