The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the city center. The staff was very accommodating and friendly throughout my stay. the hotel had great amenities such as a fabulous restaurant and period railway memorabilia.

Some of the toiletries were not provided in the bathroom which was inconvenient. the coffee provided in the room was not very good.

Wij verbleven in een fantastisch resort, vlakbij Bangkok maar mijlenver verwijderd van de drukte van de stad. Onze kamer was fris en ruim, met een heerlijke douche. Het personeel was vriendelijk en zeer bekwaam. We werden door iedereen met open armen ontvangen na onze dagtrips. Het restaurant, Figs, was ook geweldig met heerlijk eten en Amerikaanse gastvrijheid. We genoten elke dag van het ontbijt en de faciliteiten waren top.

Enige minpunt was dat er geen security was bij het zwembad, wat toeliet dat niet-gasten gebruik maakten van de faciliteiten. Dit was jammer voor een 5-sterrenhotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and a couple of supermarkets, making it easy to get around and stock up on supplies. My stay was marred by the lackluster New Year's celebration at the hotel. The atmosphere was underwhelming and there were no special events or activities arranged for guests.
