Convenient Location: Just a short walk from the train station and close to shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. Free Bus Ride: the hotel provides a visitor pass that includes free bus rides to Mount Pilatus, adding value to the stay. Helpful Staff: the hotel staff went out of their way to assist with early check, in, providing useful tips for getting around and even helped print boarding passes.

No Air Conditioning: the lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it uncomfortable during hot nights, even with the fan provided. Reception Attitude: Some reception staff were not as friendly or accommodating during check, in, leading to a delay in getting settled into the room.

Three things stood out to me during my stay. the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. It's situated right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel as well, making it easy to get around. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony with an incredible view over the rooftops of Lucerne. It was such a lovely touch! Oh, and I must mention the breakfast - it was included in the rate and had a good variety of options. I had a great experience at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lucerne. The location was perfect, as it was very close to everything and extremely close to certain attractions like Löwendenkmal and Museggmauer. The hotel also provided a travel visitor card, which allowed me to travel direct to the main station for free using the bus right outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the train station and the center of the city. It is just a short walk or a couple of bus stops away from the train station. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is nice and offers a variety of choices, including croissants. The rooms have bathrooms with tubs. There is also the option to enjoy free beverages throughout the day at the hotel's cafe.

It would have been beneficial if the hotel provided a microwave for guest use and if there was better ventilation in the room to reduce noise from the street.

Nothing everything was great.

The hotel was conveniently located near various attractions and easy to find. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that there was a nearby mall with restaurants. the room was equipped with amenities that were useful for my business trip, such as a mini bar and a multi-port USB lamp for charging my phone.

The decor of the room was outdated, and the bathroom could use some modernization. having only one keyfob for the room made it difficult to separate activities with my colleague.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. It was very convenient to explore the shops, restaurants, and places of interest in the area. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing us with complimentary umbrellas, which came in handy during our visit.

One of the major downsides of our stay was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was quite hot during our visit, and the small table fan provided was not sufficient to cool down the room.

This hotel was a great value for money. The location at Lowenplatz bus stop in the city center was unbeatable - perfect for exploring the city. The basic amenities were all provided and the rooms were situated in a good location with a great view. The breakfast included in the price was really good too, with a wide spread of options. the service and staff were excellent and attentive to detail.

There were plenty of plugs available to charge our mobile devices, which was convenient. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The check-in staff were friendly and welcoming, making the process a breeze. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet that provided a variety of options. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was centrally located for shopping, sight-seeing, and a short walk to the station. A welcome drink at Le Lapin restaurant was a delightful bonus. it was a very pleasant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. Everything we needed was just a short walk away, from food and shopping to the beautiful attractions of the city. The room we stayed in was quiet, clean, and had a balcony, which was a nice bonus. We also appreciated the personalized tourist pass that we received via email. It provided free public transport and WiFi, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a great experience at Ambassador and would highly recommend it.

Although we stayed on the rear side of the hotel for a quiet stay, we missed out on the view of the lake and mountains. Additionally, there was no mention of the ongoing renovations and construction nearby, which caused some noise disturbance during our stay.
