I was in awe of the stunning views from the balcony at Hotel Ambiance. Waking up to the sight of the majestic Matterhorn right from my bed was truly unforgettable. The room itself was stylish and modern, providing a comfortable and pleasurable stay. The breakfast options were fresh and delicious, offering a great start to the day. The staff, particularly the owner and her husband, were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met. I had a fantastic experience at Ambiance Superior and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Nothing for me.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to several ski lifts and not far from the city center. The room I stayed in was well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always being friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread had a good variety of options to choose from, and the view from the hotel was breathtaking.

I was disappointed to find out that we had to pay for tap water at the restaurant.

My stay at Hotel Ambiance Superior was exceptional. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet side of town but still close to the Gorner gorge and hiking routes. I was amazed by the beauty of the waterfall, Valais style buildings, and the warm-hearted locals. The reception staff, particularly the friendly lady, made me feel welcome and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing view of the Matterhorn Mountain from our room, it felt like the mountain was on fire during the sunrise! The hotel provided a small taxi service from the train station and the location was car-free. Don't miss the delightful parade of goats that passes through town twice a day. The gondola car to the mountain top was within a short walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even set up our room with candles and rose petals for our honeymoon.
