We loved our stay at Ameron. The room was very clean and had a good, comfortable bed. Despite the smaller size, the room design made it easy to move around. They provided everything we needed, including a large bottle of water and a minibar stocked with free drinks like orange juice, Coke, and lager. The coffee machine with various coffee capsules was a nice touch. The hair and body cleansing gel had a delightful scent, a mix of grapefruit and passion fruit. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of everything. The room was also quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even printing out a route itinerary for our journey from Lucerne to Spiez. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, with a water heater for warm showers in the cold season. we had a great experience and would highly recommend Ameron.

We spent the Xmas holidays at a hotel close to the train station and the lake, perfect for exploring the city. the hotel provided us with a complimentary bus pass, which was very helpful. the daily replenished mini bar was a nice touch, as well as the evening turndown service. Best aspects included the hotel's central location and the comfortable beds.

The breakfast buffet is generous and there are facilities like a coffee machine in the room for a morning treat.

There was some noise from outside deliveries and garbage pickups in the early mornings.
