The room was sparkling clean with a modern feel. Loved the convenience of self check-in and the well-equipped kitchen. the staff was super friendly and the location couldn't be better.

The shower letting out water was a bit of a hassle, but nothing major for us.

Super close to HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and FAMILY fun spots for teens. Beds were cozy, kitchen hooked us up, and easy laundry. Great staff helped us with balcony and made sure we were living our best life in Interlaken!

More lively vibes in common areas and maybe a mini-fridge in rooms would take the party to an even higher level!

I always return for its comfort and convenience. Staff recommended delicious food nearby at my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, Laundry, Flat-screen TV meet my needs. It’s perfect with a Lift, Electric kettle, and Cots. No smoking on site. Excited for New Year!

Stayed at Apartment11 for two nights in mid-summer. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the train and bus stations, with beautiful views of the mountains. the room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with essentials like a coffee machine, kettle, and fridge. Friendly and helpful staff made the self-check-in process easy. the proximity to the river allowed for scenic walks and runs, adding to the overall charm of the stay.
