The pool, gym, and sauna were fantastic amenities that added to the overall experience. The location of the hotel in a quiet town on the hill was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment itself had plenty of space and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking Interlaken and Lake Thun. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the check-in and check-out process at the hotel reception was quick and efficient.

On a clear day, it was truly breathtaking. The apartment had good cutlery and dishes, making it easy to prepare meals. The location in Beatenberg was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

In addition, some guests had issues with the key pickup process. The apartment was also a bit far from the main attractions, requiring a 20-30 minute drive to Interlaken and an hour to Grindelwald.

I had full use of the wonderful spa, which was virtually empty during my stay, allowing me to enjoy the amenities in peace. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were efficient and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. I found everything I needed and the room was warm and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the free bus pass provided by the reception was a great perk. It made getting around the town hassle-free and convenient.
