I absolutely loved the comfortable and spacious room with a desk and extra seating. The bed was nice and the room was surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road. The 30's Art Deco/moderne style restoration gave a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a nice addition, and having 2 free bottles of water in the fridge was a great convenience. The breakfast at the restaurant on the 6th floor was magnificent, with excellent coffee, cereals, and croissants. The small balcony offered a great view over Biel. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the train station and the conference center. It was also conveniently located within short walking distance to pretty much everything in Biel itself.

The hotel had a nice Christmas decoration and the room was cozy and clean. the continental breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The room was quite small and cramped. We also had issues with the heating, as it was not very effective and we had to ask for extra blankets.
