I had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel in Saas-Fee. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village. It was so convenient to be close to the bus station and ski lifts, making it easy to explore the area and hit the slopes. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide selection of food. The hotel also had great facilities, including a ski storage room near the main cable car. a fantastic experience.

That there were some noise disturbances at night, with people talking outside. But this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.

I also appreciated the ski storage room right in front of the main cable car. The hotel's ride service made getting to the ski slopes a breeze. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel right at home. the hotel rooms were impeccably cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. the breakfast offered a good selection of delicious options, including fresh croissants, homemade jams, and a refreshing fruit salad. the staff, especially James, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the complimentary hot drinks and chocolate cookies available throughout the day. the hotel staff went above and beyond by allowing us to use the breakfast room for studying on a windy day. the location of the hotel was ideal, being very well situated in Saas-Fee. it was a great value and an enjoyable stay.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, adjacent to the main ski lift and in the centre of the village. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, offering helpful advice and tips. The rooms are basic but clean and functional, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. I especially loved the balcony with its amazing view of the Alps. The breakfast, which is included, is delicious and enjoyed with a lovely view.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. the view from the room was breathtaking, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. I loved the free tea and coffee offered in the lobby, and the shuttle service was a nice touch.

It could have had a bit more variety, especially when it came to vegetables. the walk to the ski lifts was a bit longer than I expected, but the hotel's shuttle service made up for it.
