We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right by the gare. The room was spacious with comfortable seating and a great balcony with views of the basilica. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and we appreciated the fridge and kettle in the room, along with daily replenishment of tea and coffee. The transport ticket provided was invaluable for getting around this city, including to and from the airport. The staff, from reception to all other employees, were incredibly helpful and courteous.

Hotel Astoria in Geneva was a fantastic stay. The location couldn't be better, right next to the train station and with easy access to public transportation. The staff were lovely and helpful, allowing us to check in early and providing great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including tea and coffee facilities, a mini fridge, and a hairdryer. The onsite pub, 'the britannia', was a great bonus. a perfect choice for our vacation in Geneva.

This classic British rail station hotel is excellently maintained, with a convenient location near trains, trams, and buses. The restaurant, Britannia, serves delicious fish and chips. The hotel is surrounded by multicultural restaurants, offering a variety of dining options. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with excellent soundproof windows. There are double sinks in the bathrooms. For those with physical handicaps, the hotel offers facilities to accommodate their needs.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the location. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a travel pass for the duration of my stay, which allowed me to easily navigate Geneva. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and efficient staff. They were always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had.

One of the negative aspects of my stay was the size of the rooms. They were slightly small, but this seems to be common in older French-style hotels.

I recently stayed at Hotel Astoria for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from transportation, food, shopping, and attractions. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable, with daily room cleaning and towel changes. The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Mr. DAS who always had a smile on his face. I asked for an iron and within minutes, someone brought it to my room. it was a near perfect hotel stay and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.

It is conveniently located right next to the train station, making it easy to access other parts of the city. The rooms are well equipped with all the facilities mentioned in the description and the bathroom sizes are bigger than expected. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the free wifi is a plus. The breakfast is included in the rate and provides a good start to the day.

The only downside was a bit of noise from the pub area below on Saturday night, but overall, everything was ok.
