Unclear room location and long walks.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 5-star hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities. The service was excellent and staff promptly fulfilled all of our needs. The Spa & wellness centre was stunning with a beautiful indoor swimming pool and sauna. The massages were highly relaxing and we loved the Spa lounge. The food was delicious, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. We enjoyed the bar/lounge area and the poolside snack bar had great options. The location was perfect, with a sun terrace and heated swimming pool providing a stunning view.

The water pressure in the shower, which could have been higher. this hotel was a wonderful and luxurious experience that we would recommend to everyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Loved the complementary chocolates and drinks in the mini-bar. the breakfast buffet had the freshest produce and a variety of options to choose from. the on-site spa and swimming pool were both amazing and made our stay even more relaxing.

The hotel's location was a bit secluded from the main city center and it was a challenge getting to the tourist attractions. the room service response was slow and we had to call several times to get our requests fulfilled.
