The hotel had some nice touches that made the stay more enjoyable. the rooms were very spacious with a great view, and had some high-tech gadgets that were fun to use. the location was also great, close to the lake and easy to access. the staff were polite and welcoming upon our arrival, and the dinner was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and personalized toothbrushes.

Unfortunately our stay was let down by a few aspects. the spa was quite small and didn't have the same luxury feel as the rest of the hotel.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that make you feel pampered. the Spa & Wellness offers a wide range of treatments and the indoor pool with a sauna, is a perfect space to relax. the location is perfect right on the lake, with sun loungers outside and a beautiful garden area to stroll.

Our only minor issue was the size of the treatment rooms, which were not very spacious for a relaxing experience. Nevertheless, the treatment quality was excellent.

We had an amazing family experience at a hotel right on the lake. The rooms were spacious and high tech, with a big, spotless bathroom. The staff were wonderful, providing great recommendations and even personalized toothbrushes. The location and views were breathtaking, and the chefs coming out to say hello was a nice touch. The hotel had exceptional facilities, like a small spa with a great view. Everything was thoughtfully designed, from TV's behind mirrors to extras for our children. The dinner was thoroughly enjoyable, and we can't wait to return.

The spa, although small, had everything we needed for a relaxing time.
