I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and luxury provided at this hotel. The spacious room with a balcony and a comfortable bed made my stay very enjoyable. The highlight for me was the amazing swimming pool, which exceeded my expectations with its large size and various jets and bubbles. The warm water temperature of 33 degrees made for a truly relaxing experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the associated restaurant in the village below, making it easy to have a family dinner without a long trip. the hotel is situated near the furnicular station, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The spacious rooms are great for families, and the pool area is well maintained and easily accessible. The friendly waiter at breakfast speaks multiple languages, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

The location was convenient, with easy access to outdoor activities and attractions. the therapeutic brine swimming pool was a great feature that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The unfriendly reception staff gave us a negative first impression. On multiple occasions, they seemed to ignore us, even when we were right in front of them.
