The value for money at this elegant hotel by Lake Geneva was fantastic. The large, beautifully furnished room and extremely comfortable bed made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

What a great city trip! My family and I had an unforgettable experience. the views were breathtaking, especially from our room and the breakfast location. the location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major attractions. And, to top it off, we were pleasantly surprised to find that they offered complimentary snacks and drinks in the room.

We were reluctant to buy bottled water at those prices, especially considering the high cost of the hotel.

The hotel was well, run and had a great location overlooking Lac Leman. the staff were fantastic and provided excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and room service, which were both top, notch. the hotel's proximity to the boats across the lake was a major plus, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the view of the Jet d'eau was perfect from the hotel.

My check, in experience was disappointing. Despite arriving at the designated check, in time, I had to wait for an hour for my room to be ready.

Had a fantastic stay at a prestigious hotel with a prime location. The friendly and gracious staff made our experience even better. The dinner at the Chat botté was truly memorable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the attentive service when we faced airport regulation issues, especially from receptionist Phillipe who went above and beyond to help us. The hotel exceeded our expectations in accommodating our young daughter. Despite a bit of noise in the hallway, the spacious room and comfortable bed made for a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children.

As someone who is backpacking, I loved the friendly and attentive staff. The surprise birthday celebration was a hit! The chef's table at Chat Bote offered a memorable dining experience with delicious food.
