This hotel is a great find in the Bernese Oberland. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, even providing a complimentary room when ours wasn't quite ready. The location is perfect, being just a short walk from the train station and central to the town. The rooms are comfortable, with some having recently been renovated, offering a nice view of the mountains and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast is included in the rate and has a wide variety of options, including hot and cold choices, as well as gluten-free options. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

The hotel offered complimentary gingerbread cookies and mulled wine during Christmas time, which was a nice touch. the location was great for skiing, with easy access to the lifts. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was small and outdated, with a poor heating system that did not keep us warm during the night. the breakfast was basic and unappealing, with limited vegetarian options.

We stayed in a hotel that was conveniently located very close to the train station, making it easy for us to navigate around. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for activities and hikes in the area.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the cable car and situated conveniently in the village. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed, plus it offered a lovely view of the surroundings. I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast provided by the hotel. As foreign tourists, we loved the well-maintained Belle Epoque style of the hotel. The renovated rooms kept the original style and the dining hall and bar were magnificent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the view from the dining hall and back room was great. The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of options, and our spacious comfort room had a large bathroom.
