The view of the Eiger from my room was absolutely breathtaking! It made waking up in the morning a magical experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. I was impressed with the hotel's modern decor, cleanliness, and relaxing ambiance. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas holiday, I had the best time at this hotel. the breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices and freshly cooked food. I enjoyed the complimentary chocolates in the room and the view from my room was breathtaking. the hotel was in a perfect location; close to the ski cable car and city center.

The waiting time during check-in and check-out was longer than I expected and the spa was fully booked when we arrived. I also didn't like the fact that we had to book a slot in advance to use the spa facilities.
