bernina exceeded my expectations during this overnight stay in geneva. the location was superb, right opposite the main train station, and just a short walk away from attractions. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room had blackout curtains and shutters for a peaceful sleep. the little touch of leftover pastries in the waiting area was a nice bonus.

Decor was a bit dated.

Convenient location, helpful and friendly staff, chic and renovated rooms, great value for its location and amenities, excellent continental breakfast option, close to Lake Geneva.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, and the room was modern, clean, and had a lovely view from the balcony. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the main train station, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be if coffee could be delivered to the tables instead of having to wait in a long queue. Food for breakfast was good overall, but a more efficient coffee service would be a nice improvement.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a place to stay that is super close to the train station and very, very close to the main shopping streets - it couldn't be any more convenient! The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need, including air conditioning and fantastic views of the city. The breakfast is also great and varied. The staff is friendly and helpful, and always on hand to answer any questions you may have.

The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms can be a bit cramped and small, so be prepared to make the most of the space available.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and supported by respectful staff. Plus, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, stores, and cool shops nearby.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bernina for a business trip, and I had an excellent experience. The hotel is just across from the train station, making it convenient for travel with luggage. The rooms are newly refurbished and very clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. Stayed at a very friendly hotel with a fantastic location. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to travel around on foot, not far to the other side of the lake. Hotel provided a free travel pass which was really useful. Also, had a free taxi from the airport to the hotel. Room upgrade gave us brilliant views and more space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived on Tuesday and they let us store our ski bag while we traveled. The bag was safely stowed when we returned. The neighborhood is lively and the location is unbeatable. The room was adequate and the hotel had character. The breakfast was lovely with delicious rolls and croissants. I would recommend this hotel.
