We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Zermatt. the check-in process was very welcoming, and Anna at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. She provided us with all the necessary details for our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and cozy, offering a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. the location of the hotel was excellent, with a short 5-minute walk to the center. the spa facilities were wonderful, and we enjoyed relaxing and rejuvenating ourselves. the hotel also had a fantastic restaurant, Hornox, and a lovely pub. We even received a delightful surprise in the afternoon when a lady knocked on our door to give us Swiss chocolates. we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

We had an amazing time at this hotel with our group of friends. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The pool and whirlpool areas were fantastic, both indoor and outdoor. The Thai massage was the best ever, and the Greek masseuse did a fantastic job. The location is great, close to the train station and ski lift, and they even provide a free shuttle to the train station. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the Matterhorn, and the bathroom was modern and impeccable. We also appreciated the luggage storage and the option to use the facilities even after checking out.

The large PANORAMA room boasts a stunning Matterhorn view and can accommodate a big group. The indoor swimming pool, steam sauna, and sauna are very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is cozy and filling. Friendly staff who speak English, German, and French make for a pleasant stay.

During my New Year's stay, I was impressed by the complimentary New Year's Eve party and fireworks. the central location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions and events. the friendly staff provided helpful tips for navigating the area and made the check-in process seamless.

Although the room was spacious, the shower was too small and difficult to use comfortably. the cleaning staff entered our room without prior notice, which made us feel uncomfortable.
