The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town but on a quiet street away from the noise. We were able to walk to all the major sights within a short distance, and there were plenty of eating places just a couple of minutes away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were clean and well appointed, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary water.

The Zuricherhof exceeded expectations! Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel's restaurant, Walliserstuben, was a great find. The hotel director, Martin, provided excellent service. The free mini bar, which was topped up daily, was a nice touch.

I had a great experience during my Christmas stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The breakfast was outstanding, with a good variety of options and even custom-made omelettes. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and juice in the morning.

The noise in the evening was quite unavoidable and the provided earplugs were not strong enough. Additionally, the rooms felt a bit old and musty, with limited air circulation.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Hotel in the old city for 3 nights. The reception provided great, warm service and the room was functional and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance of the lake. The complimentary mini-bar and coffee facilities were a nice touch. The spacious room had a comfy bed and the breakfast offered eggs made to order. The staff was amazing, always helpful with tourism advice and very friendly. Lots of perks with the minibar, apples, and ice creams - all free.
