We had an amazing experience at Boutique Hotel Schlossberg. the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable, situated in a stunning medieval castle on the highest point of the city. the rooms were beautifully restored, blending ancient charm with modern conveniences. the high-tech features throughout the hotel, including the rooms and hallways, added a touch of luxury. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the overall experience was worth every cent.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the underground car park and the beautiful city center. The historic castle in the area provided a unique and charming atmosphere to the hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a fancy coffee maker and complimentary beverages in the fridge. The staff provided exceptional service, offering great recommendations on places to eat. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning.

The room we stayed in was quite small and felt claustrophobic, with a narrow window that couldn't be opened. The lack of a view and the presence of people standing outside the room made it necessary for us to draw the thick curtain.

Exceptionally friendly personnel, exceptionally attractive rooms, astonishly beautiful views, right next to the castle, great Thai restaurant close-by, owners offer to pick you up at train station.

The food and welcome drink are simply delicious. The location is ideal for car travelers, situated in the castle and next to the museum entrance. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I had the most amazing stay at a charming hotel with breathtaking views. The location was perfect, right by the castle, and my room had a lovely view towards the water. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food, including eggs! The owner/manager was incredibly welcoming throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

We loved staying in the castle where we appreciate the amazing views of the city. The service by staff was fantastic, especially the main receptionist and the young man during breakfast. The breakfast itself was amazing with eggs made to our liking.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. the location next to the castle was like something out of a fairy tale. the panoramic room offered stunning views and the modern amenities were impressive. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the price was very fair for what you get. I highly recommend staying here when visiting.

Great complementary drinks and snacks at check-in. the surrounding area is beautiful, with spectacular views of the mountains. the restaurant is lovely with a warm atmosphere and great food.

The room was small and lacked proper amenities. the location was difficult to reach, uphill and far from the train station.

The hotel's location by the historical clock tower nearby adds a charming touch to the overall experience. Being away from the tourist hub allows for a more peaceful and authentic stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit.
