Our modern room was comfortable with excellent amenities. The Italian restaurant on site was outstanding, we ate there twice during our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being just a short walk from the river and restaurants. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Weisses Kreuz for a few nights during my visit to Lucerne. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the old town and it was conveniently close to the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the little balcony in our room added a nice touch. The highlight of my stay was lying in bed and listening to the enchanting sound of the bell tower bells. Additionally, the staff helped us plan a trip to Mt Pilatus, which was a must-see experience. it was a lovely stay with a great location, helpful staff, and unique charm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel is great, as it is right by the river and very close to the famous Chapel Bridge. It is also conveniently close to the train station, making transportation super easy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely breakfast buffet and clean and nicely styled bedrooms. Plus, the coffee machine in the room was a bonus!

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming little hotel. It was conveniently located right in the center of the tourist area, just a stone's throw away from the bridge and the beautiful lakeside. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options to start the day off right. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met. it was a wonderful experience.

The only downside I could find was that the rooms facing the street could be a bit noisy due to the narrow alleys and cobbled streets.

It's conveniently located next to a brewery, which may be a bit noisy until the early hours of the morning, but it adds to the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms offer excellent facilities and are spacious, with large bathrooms. I had a room with a view of the charming channel, which was a lovely sight to wake up to. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of filtered coffee or the best Italian coffee, and on Sundays, they even served mimosas.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complimentary frigobar and umbrella that were provided. the hotel's convenient location near the train station and multiple attractions made it easy for us to explore the city. we were impressed by the friendly attitude of the staff.
