The hotel had a stunning unobstructed view of the Matterhorn and the picturesque village. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-insulated. The noise from neighboring rooms was hardly noticeable, perfect for those who want a peaceful vacation. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of bread options. The staff were friendly and the bathroom facilities were excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money. Its convenient location, just a short walk from the train and cable car station, allows easy access to all the attractions Zermatt has to offer. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are comfortable and the views of the Matterhorn are simply breathtaking. The breakfast was fantastic, offering both continental options and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and baked beans. They also had a DIY section with omelettes, waffles, and boiled eggs. The location was perfect - close to all the amenities but still quiet. One great advantage was the stunning view from the hotel of the snow-capped mountains.

The room was too warm at times, but opening the window helped. the cost was a bit high, but it was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
