The staff at the front desk was incredibly nice and gave us a warm welcome. They even provided us with free public transit tickets to use within the town. The cleanliness of the washroom and shower room was impressive, making our stay even more convenient. The hotel's location was amazing, nestled in the midst of the forest and mountains. It was only a 15-minute walk from the train station, with beautiful views along the way. We loved having a shared kitchen, which allowed us to save money by cooking our own meals. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help us plan our day and connect with local adventure companies. the hotel facilities, transportation, and the friendly staff were the highlights of our stay.

Clean facilities with daily cleaning service, exceeded expectations of a hotel, felt like part of the family, breathtaking view from the restaurant, close to downtown and bus stop, well-maintained shared bathrooms.

As party people, we loved the cozy little bar and enjoyed talking with Roco, the bartender, in the evenings. The staff was warm and friendly, making sure we were comfortable. The location, although a bit far from the center of town, was manageable for us. We also appreciated the discounts provided by the Interlaken card.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in a great location, perfect for those who want to be away from the city centre but still conveniently close. The views from the breakfast room were amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were cleaned daily, and there was a bar available for a nice evening drink. The highlight was definitely trying the traditional Swiss dish, Hayaduki, made from fresh local products - it was absolutely phenomenal. an excellent place to stay for anyone looking for a comfortable bed and a great base for sightseeing or hiking.

We had a great stay at Budget Waldhotel! the location was perfect for exploring Grindelwald, Meiringen, Thun, and Bern. With a car, it only took about 30 minutes to reach these places. the breakfast included in our reservation was delightful, with a nice setup and a beautiful view. the hotel surroundings were also lovely, situated in a wooded area. the staff were friendly, the atmosphere cheerful, and we enjoyed three unforgettable days here. the hotel had a kitchen and a refrigerator available , and in the evening, we could enjoy excellent beer at the hotel buffet.

We had a delightful stay at Budget Waldhotel Unspunnen for four nights while touring around Interlaken. The location was great, easily accessible by car, and the spacious room was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast, though not extravagant, was pleasant with a variety of ham, cheese, and eggs. We especially enjoyed the public terrace with its breathtaking mountain view, where we spent peaceful evenings with wine and cheese. The clean bath and nearby Seil Park were additional highlights of our stay.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in the beautiful Swiss countryside for 4 nights. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, with lush forests, streams, and stunning snow-capped mountains visible from my room. The large, newly refurbished room had access to a spacious veranda, and the dining area hall was also spacious and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area. The hotel also offered great facilities including a restaurant, bar, guest kitchen, laundry machine, and a lovely terrace with mountain views.

This hotel had a great location with stunning views of the mountains. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful snowy scenery during Christmas. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a restaurant on-site, making it convenient for dining.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the room had a musty odor, which was quite unpleasant.
