Stunning hotel with amazing views, comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic facilities, including access to all amenities on-site. Delicious food at the restaurants. an amazing stay. Will definitely return.

The view was breathtaking; the mountains and lakes surrounding the place are magical. the spa experience was unforgettable; I relaxed in the infinity pool sipping coffee while staring at the snow on the mountains. the complementary services in the room were amazing.

Staff at breakfast were nice but seemed to be in training. the staff in general were pleasant, but the Brasserie was a bad experience.

We were incredibly impressed with this hotel. We enjoyed the luxurious spa and wellness centre, which included a sauna, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi. the sun terrace was also a great place to relax. the location of this venue is stunning and unique, providing amazing views from every room. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and added to the luxurious feel of our stay. the restaurant was great and offered in-room breakfast options.

The only issue we had was with the bar/lounge area, where the cocktails were not up to par with the rest of the hotel's exclusivity standards. this was only a minor inconvenience and did not affect the rest of our wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel, nestled on the Burgenstock mountain, provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near Luzern station, making it easy to access. Guests could also find everything they needed at the local supermarket nearby.

The hotel staff seemed robotic and lacked genuine interaction with guests.

During my recent stay at the Waldhotel & Spa, I had the most unforgettable experience. The location was outstanding, nestled in the quiet mountain area with a breathtaking view of the beautiful lake. The magical scenery of the surrounding mountains and the serene lake made for a truly enchanting atmosphere. One of my favorite moments was enjoying a cup of coffee in the infinity pool spa, gazing at the snow-capped mountains in the distance. my stay at Waldhotel & Spa was absolutely perfect.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the incredible new building and architecture of the Waldhotel & Spa. The spacious rooms with unreal quality and finishes provided a comfortable stay. The highlight was the SPA with its amazing views and the surrounding nature, perfect for relaxation and unwinding.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints at all.
