This hotel is conveniently located away from the extremely expensive city center of Lucerne, but it is still easy to reach by public transport. There is a bus stop down the street which allows you to ride into the city and the hotel even provides a free ticket for your stay. Additionally, the receptionist is very kind and helpful, providing helpful tips for your trip. The room is cozy and clean and the bed is comfortable.

Some of the shower doors in the hotel are broken, which can lead to water leaking onto the carpet.

I also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay during the summer months. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, catering not only to meat-eaters but also providing options for vegetarians, like myself. They even had soy milk available, which was a nice touch.

Had a great time during my Christmas stay, as the hotel had some complementary facts that made my stay even more pleasant. the staff was really nice and offered a free early check-in, and also helped us with adapters to connect our gadgets. the hotel is conveniently located near a bus station that can take you to the city center, and there's a local shop nearby that has everything you might need. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus for me.
