We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the Flims area. The hotel is located in a peaceful park, with breathtaking views of the Alps. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great mattresses for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially the manager who gave us useful advice for mountain excursions. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection for both adults and kids. The hotel also had a fantastic spa with a swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing. The free shuttle bus was convenient for transportation to and from the ski lift.

The hotel's WiFi connection was not reliable and often did not work properly.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of treatments that were executed flawlessly. the Sauna and Swimming pool were both stunning and impeccably maintained. the Garden area was a peaceful retreat and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the room advantages were top-notch, with plush bedding and exclusive facilities. the Restaurant and Bar/ Lounge area were both lovely and offered an array of delicious food and drinks.

The only minor issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi connection, which was slow and inconsistent. this was not a significant issue in light of all the other amenities and services provided.

The staff were fantastic and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed during our business trip. the spa facilities were a highlight - one of the best I've experienced. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the location was ideal for a peaceful retreat with beautiful views.

The room furniture could use an update as it seemed old and worn. the location requires a bit of walking to reach the town and other amenities, but the taxi service provided by the hotel was reliable and made up for it.

I had such a wonderful stay at Chalet Belmont! The rooms were excellent and perfectly clean, and the spaciousness was a huge plus. The dining options were also fantastic, with a good choice of restaurants to choose from. The efficient shuttle service to the ski lift facilities was incredibly helpful. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
