The location is superb, with easy access to the Oeschinen Lake through a cable car ride and a bus service to the top of the Gemmi Pass. The hotel is conveniently close to the train station and the shops. The rooms are comfortable and offer lovely balconies to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surroundings. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The spa area could use some improvements to enhance the overall experience.

We recently spent New Year's at a hotel in the Bernese Alps. the hotel had amazing views of the snow-capped mountains and cozy rooms with comfortable beds. the highlight of our stay was the indoor pool that offered a unique experience with its turquoise water and great facilities.

Although the hotel offered great views, the food wasn't up to our expectations, and staff was not particularly helpful. We also experienced a cultural difference with their drinking policy, where we were not allowed to drink water from bottles brought from outside the hotel.

Conveniently located near the train station, supermarket, cable car, and restaurants. Friendly staff provided a free room upgrade with unique rolling jacuzzi baths and comfortable beds. Stunning alpine views from the ideally situated chalet. Enjoyed the indoor pool and delicious dining options. Difficult to say goodbye, already looking forward to returning.

The Chalet Hotel Adler really impressed me in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the amenities and services provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the clean and well-appointed rooms to the incredible views over the town and beyond. The location right in the center of the village was perfect for my multiple hikes in the breathtaking Alps. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and helpful service, and the breakfast, which included homemade cakes, was a delightful start to each day.

All aspects of this hotel were absolutely fantastic.
