Nothing could have been better.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and given an early check-in by the friendly staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated at the top of the shopping area with stunning views over the lake and town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a beautiful view from the window. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in accommodating our request for a later checkout. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

One drawback was the absence of a kettle in the room, which made it difficult to enjoy hot drinks in the cold weather. Additionally, the uphill location of the hotel was a bit taxing, especially since my partner and I were carrying backpacks weighing around 15kgs.

Additionally, the location provides quick access to a supermarket and the funicular to Corraviglia, perfect for exploring the area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year’s celebration. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The lack of a kettle in the room was a bit inconvenient, especially given the chilly weather outside. the lighting in the halls could be improved, as it was quite dim and made it difficult to navigate safely.
