The location of this hotel is very convenient for travelers arriving by train, as it is not far from the train station. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service, making it easy to get around. The spa facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi to relax in. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and have a lovely view. this place provides a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Not very close to restaurants although one could take a leisurely walk or a taxi.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to explore Zermatt. It is just a short walk to the Sunnega funicular, which takes you up to Rothorn. Additionally, the hotel is close to the tram that provides access to the main lifts on the mountain. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The only negative aspect is that the hotel does not offer light meals or snacks in the afternoon, which would have been a nice option after a day of skiing or hiking.

We had a fantastic stay at a mountain spa resort. the hotel had lovely rooms, a great pool and spa, and one of the best sports massages we've ever had. It's well located, just the right distance from the center of town and bars to be close but not disturbed by noise. the bathroom, breakfast, and bar were all good, and the restaurant provided nice service. the location offered amazing views, and we received personalized service. the panorama room with a private terrace had stunning views. the chef even made a special dessert for me that catered to my nut allergy. the transfer to the train station was much appreciated. the hotel had spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with wonderful views of the Matterhorn. the pool, spa, and fitness facilities were first class. the staff was friendly and professional, and the dining experience was high quality. the hotel's location was convenient, just a five-minute walk into town and close to the lifts. it was a wonderful place to stay.

We recently went on a city break and stayed at a hotel with a stunning view. the complementary breakfast was delicious and we loved that it had a huge variety to choose from. the staff was outstanding and assisted us with all our concerns and needs. Plus, the location was fantastic! It was convenient to get to all the famous spots in the city.

The lighting in the hotel was a real downside. We preferred to not bother with it in the end.
