The hotel's location in the very centre of the city was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with modern and well-maintained facilities. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

This hotel is perfectly situated near the train station, making it easy to get around in the city without needing to rent a car. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate suitcases and even have a balcony. The breakfast included in the rate was excellent, especially the scrambled eggs.

We loved the location of this hotel, just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the lake. Our room was beautifully refurbished and had a small terrace where we could relax after a busy day. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Camilla who went above and beyond to assist us. we highly recommend this hotel.

Almost perfect.

I got great value for my money at City Zurich Design & Lifestyle. The room was clean, quiet, and well-kept. The location was perfect, near train stations and with plenty of supermarkets and stores around. The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly friendly and generous. I felt safe and welcomed as a solo traveler.

Breakfast delights, but could use a little more variety.

The hotel is in a terrific location, just a stone's throw away from the train station and tour guides. We loved how accessible everything was. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and bar right in the hotel. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was a great way to start the day. The guest lounge with a computer on the 1st floor was a nice touch, and the wifi was quick. Although for a small additional cost, you could get even faster speeds by plugging in. our stay was perfect.

We did encounter a slight inconvenience during our stay. The first time we stayed, our room faced the courtyard and there was a balcony where guests could smoke on the 4th floor.

Spent my Easter at a hotel. Got a complimentary coffee machine with coffee pods and free Wi-Fi. Location was key, very close to the main station and the shopping street so I had no trouble getting around. the staff were very helpful and offered great recommendations on places to visit and eat.

Despite the great location and helpful staff, the breakfast menu had repetitive options throughout the three days I stayed. the walls were very thin, so I could hear noises from other rooms and the stairwell all night.

The TV has a great feature that allows you to explore hotel information and check your invoice, among other things. The staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. They even allowed early check-in and surprised my husband with a birthday card and chocolates. the service is amazing.
