We arrived late on a Sunday and no staff was available, but we had a key code that allowed us to access our room. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but luckily another guest helped us. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, exceeding our expectations for a small hotel. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and professional. Despite a few hiccups, our stay at Hotel Coop Tagungszentrum & Hotelpark Im Grunen was memorable and I would recommend it to others.
