I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent suggestions for activities and even loaning me an umbrella when it started raining. The rooms were spacious and well-lit, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the glass conservatory overlooking the Matterhorn. Another highlight of my stay was the spa, which had a variety of relaxing amenities including a sauna and different showers. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services that made my visit very enjoyable.

Additionally, the hotel was just a short bus ride away from the Matterhorn Express gondola, making it easy to access the ski slopes.

Some rooms did not offer the best views of the surroundings. In particular, our friend stayed in a single room on the first floor and the view was blocked by trees and bushes.
