We had a spacious bathroom in our room at Cresta Hotel. The location was perfect, just a block away from the lift. The host, Mr. Hoffer, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel overall.

the second-floor room was comfortable, clean, and had a stunning view from the shared balcony. Despite only speaking English, the staff were helpful and the amenities were perfect. It was a great place to stay for my skiing holiday.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center, close to the station Klosters Platz. Being within walking distance of the station and having a bus stop nearby to the gondola station is a huge plus. Additionally, the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a balcony, without a wall-to-wall carpet, and even the option of rooms with 2 bedrooms off a small lounge area. The attention to detail and cleanliness is impressive, with spotlessly clean rooms provided. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet offers a good amount of food to start the day.

The Cresta Hotel in Klosters was a simple yet nice place to stay. The friendly staff, breakfast, and amenities like a fitness room and sauna were great. The separate room for ski/snowboard storage and close proximity to the lift were very convenient. The big and comfortable room with a great view was a pleasant surprise.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy room with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. the hotel's location was beneficial as it was just a short walk to the main lift, making skiing easy. the variety of dishes offered at the restaurant was delightful.

I found the staff to be unenthusiastic and unfriendly. They were not attentive to guests and didn't seem to be able to keep up with demand.
