During my Xmas getaway, the staff made us feel like VIPs. We were able to drop off our bags early and received our room key beforehand, allowing us to hit the slopes without interruption. the nearby breakfast spot recommended by the staff was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed sitting in the lounge staring at the breathtaking mountain view.

There were some minor inconveniences. Our pillows were hard to sleep on, and there was no bar or fridge in the room.

However, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was within walking distance of the ski lifts. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags in the storage room before check-in. the lounge area provided a stunning view of the mountains.

The hotel lacked basic amenities like a bar and a fridge in the rooms.
