I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, being very close to Geneva Airport and Palexpo. The free shuttle bus made my transfers effortless. The greeting upon arrival was excellent, and the staff accommodated my request to change rooms without any fuss. The room itself was modern and clean, with lovely touches like pillow and wrist sprays to promote sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful library-like lounge area and a tapas bar with delicious food. The staff, both in the reception and the restaurant, were great and provided excellent service. The hotel also had a convenient underground parking garage, which was very handy.

The room was very comfortable, with large windows offering a beautiful view. I stayed at Crowne Plaza for a quick visit to Geneva. The location was perfect for me as it is close to the airport and there is a bus station just outside the hotel. The bar staff and cleaners were exceptional, and the beds and pillows were more than exceptional. The hotel also provided us with a travel card, which we used for the bus and water taxi, saving us on transportation costs. The staff was helpful, providing maps and tips for exploring the city. I will definitely stay here again.
