I had a fantastic stay at Crystal! the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and assisted me with any questions or concerns I had. the complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with attentive service and delicious food. the location of the hotel was perfect for my travel needs, being close to West Train station for easy access to Lauterbrunnen and other destinations.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊

The balcony in our room at Hotel Crystal was simply amazing! We had a breathtaking view of the mountains and enjoyed sipping coffee while taking in the scenery. The room itself was spacious and had plenty of storage for our belongings. The breakfast selection was also top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Interlaken.

The hotel is in a great location, being very near the Interlarken West railway station. This made it extremely convenient for us to get around the city and explore the surrounding areas. The attention to detail in this hotel was commendable. From the cozy rooms with balconies that provided excellent views of the alps, to the well-maintained bathrooms with tubs, everything was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided efficient service. From the warm welcome at reception to the helpful breakfast staff, we felt well taken care of during our stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was hearty and satisfying, with plenty of coffee to start the day. It was a great way to fuel up before heading out to explore all the attractions that the city had to offer.

Our spacious room, 411, offered a breathtaking view of Jungfrau when the weather allowed. the buffet breakfast was generous and the hotel's location near the rail station and downtown made it convenient for exploring Interlaken. the helpful desk staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations, ensuring we had a memorable dining experience. the housekeeping was perfect, and the bathroom was cozy, neat, and spacious. We were also pleased with the friendly English-speaking staff. Crystal is definitely worth every penny!
