We recently stayed at De La Paix for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved it. Our junior suite on the 3rd floor had an immense size and a breathtaking view of the lake. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the modern amenities we needed. The terraces were a lovely feature and we enjoyed sipping our tea while taking in the fantastic view. The valet parking was convenient, even though it did cost extra. the hotel exceeded our expectations and its location was perfect for exploring the area.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious dinner on the open-air terrace near the lake. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained. The staff is attentive and responsive to guests' needs.

One of the staff members could have been friendlier in their interactions with guests.

The location in the heart of the city centre was perfect, surrounded by prime brands. The soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and comfortable environment. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring a clean and tidy room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The staff at reception were also very helpful. a fantastic experience at De La Paix.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate sitting area. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with a luxurious garden tub and separate water closet. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and attended to. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a lovely room, and the hotel also offered free transportation passes for our convenience.

The room service options for lunch and dinner were limited and expensive.

We loved the hotel's convenient location for exploring Old Town and Cathedral, as well as its proximity to good restaurants. The clean and comfortable room offered a great view of the lake. The staff was efficient, polite, and provided excellent service. Special mention goes to Mia at the front desk for her fantastic recommendation of a cheese fondue dinner in Ouchy. The hotel also provided a useful transport pass for free public transportation.

We felt very well taken care of, with no complaints whatsoever.
