The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

The Dolder Grand has a very nice SPA area, great location, lots of arts, and delicious food. The architecture is fantastic and the hotel is absolutely stunning. The welcome package for the kids in the evening is delicious and the staff is courteous and warm. The views of the city from the Dolder hills are stunning and the rooms have wonderful terraces with great vistas. The bath and shower rooms are modern and luxurious, and the hotel offers a great selection of drinks at the bars and restaurants. The concierges and receptionists are helpful and provide excellent recommendations. The spa, pool, and gym areas are simply excellent.

The rooms were incredibly well-equipped, exceeding all expectations. From ample storage to heated floors and towel shelves, they had thought of everything. the spa and pool facilities were fantastic and provided a great way to relax and unwind. the location was also a major plus, offering a beautiful and picturesque setting for a holiday. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from the overall experience. the hotel's location was a bit far from the main hub, requiring a 10-minute drive or shuttle ride to reach the city center.

The level of service at Dolder Grand was exceptional. We experienced a minor mix-up with our spa appointment, but the staff quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.

We had an unforgettable stay! The room design was incredible, the view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the breakfast was divine. Parking was convenient and the staff provided excellent service.

The Dolder Grand was worth every penny! The room was comfortable and the view of the Alps was breathtaking. The location was perfect, with easy access to trams and the staff treated us like royalty.

The hotel had stunning views and top-notch facilities. the Junior Suite in the modern wing was spacious and had excellent amenities. the spa facilities were fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. the breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, catering to all tastes and preferences. the bar was a great place to relax in the evening, with live music and a unique ambiance.

The location of the hotel was a bit far for solo travelers and required additional transportation costs to reach central areas.

I recently stayed at a fairytale castle-like hotel in Zurich and I can't wait to go back. The hotel has its own funicular train system that takes you down the small mountain to the town. The food at the Saltz restaurant was superb and the breakfast was filling and healthy. The view from the balcony was amazing and the room was perfect. The service was exceptional and the whole experience was very relaxing. I will definitely come back for a longer visit.

The hotel itself is perfectly located, just a short taxi ride away from Bahnhoffstrasse and the Old City. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic, with delicious meals and a large, easily accessible space. The hotel truly feels like a fairytale castle with its blend of modern facilities and charming design. One unique feature is the funicular train system that takes you down the small mountain to the perimeter of town, where you can easily catch a tram to explore the rest of the city. The views of Zurich from the Dolder hills are truly stunning, and all the rooms have wonderful terraces with great vistas. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, with luxurious bathrooms and toiletries. The bars and restaurants offer a great selection of drinks and the food is excellent. The concierge and reception staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with top-notch restaurant recommendations and suggestions for experiences. But the highlight for us was definitely the spa, pool, and gym areas, which were simply excellent.
