We loved the Hotel's location! It's right across from the train station, bus stop, and grocery store - super convenient for young holiday goers. The staff were friendly and even helped us save money on our tickets to Jungfraujoch. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options including hot dishes like scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. a great experience for young travelers like us.

What an exceptional stay at Hotel Du Lac! I was looking for a conveniently located hotel near Interlaken Ost station, and this hotel delivered. The breathtaking views of the Alps and Brienz lake were absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond, showing a level of understanding and attentiveness that I've rarely experienced. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony overlooking the mountains. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food with a beautiful lake view. Easy parking right outside the hotel was an added bonus.

For the price, our stay at Hotel Du Lac was definitely worth it. The room was spacious, nicely renovated, and had a small balcony with a view of the train station. The beautiful views of the lake from the many windows in the room were a bonus. The location was perfect, close to the boat station, parks, and plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops. The staff was kind, cooperative, and went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. The rooms were clean and had a unique style. The proximity to the train station was convenient without any major noise disturbance. The rooms were well-equipped with a TV and a kettle, and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout the property.

The breakfast experience could have been better with a wider variety of choices and more attention to keeping the food stations fully stocked. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a smoother transition between the lounge room and the bathroom to prevent tripping.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is right next to Interlaken OST Metro station, making it convenient for transportation. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a separate bathroom that has a door and lock, which is not common in some hotels in Switzerland.

I had a great experience at a charming hotel with a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. the room was spacious and had a little sitting area. the location was convenient, right across the street from the train station and next to the boat dock. It was also just a short walk into the center of town. the breakfast room was great and the service and food, especially the coffee, were excellent. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a functional, clean, and safe hotel with small touches like hiking sticks and umbrellas available to use.

That the rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear noise from outside and the trains passing by. the balcony could also have been better, as it had a loud iron grid which deterred us from using it.
