Our stay at Eiger Guesthouse was great value for the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect, right across from the train station with a beautiful view of the Alps. The staff, particularly Ema and Francesca, were fantastic—friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.

We got great value for our money at Eiger Guesthouse. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a deep bathtub. The location was perfect, just outside the train station with surreal views. The staff, especially Susannah, were incredibly welcoming and made our stay personal and enjoyable.

Great views of the mountains and convenient location near the train station make this hotel a top choice. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with the bonus of breathtaking mountain views. the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a good variety of options. Plus, the hotel offered additional amenities like a pool and whirlpool, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of an elevator and the spiral staircase could be challenging for guests with mobility issues. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning or fans made the room a bit stuffy, even though we visited during a cooler season.

The location right next to the train station in a car less town was convenient. The breakfast was great with a nice selection of breads, croissants, fruit, and cold cut meats. The staff were very friendly.

our stay was amazing! emma, the manager, was so helpful and made our stay perfect. she suggested a fun restaurant with a unique dining experience that we wouldn't have found on our own. the food at the guesthouse was delicious and emma's menu suggestions were spot-on. we loved the traditional cheese fondue and the beautiful view from our room.

The staff at this hotel were tireless and worked non-stop to ensure a pleasant stay. The view from our shared balcony of the 3 glaciers was breathtaking. We felt a warm, at home feel from the moment we arrived. The convenient location right in front of the train station was a major plus, especially for business travelers.

The breakfast spread is typical European but the standout is the phenomenal bread. The staff, including Ema, Jose, and Philippa, go above and beyond to make you feel like part of their extended family. Exceptional service and a truly special place to stay.
