I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable! Situated in a quiet area, surrounded by breathtaking mountains, it offers an awe-inspiring view from the balcony. I couldn't help but feel captivated by the natural beauty that unfolded before my eyes. The rooms also provided the most comfortable experience, with all the basic amenities one could need, making me feel right at home in the -6 temperature. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest. Lastly, the breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide range of options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day, especially with such an awesome view serving as the perfect backdrop.

Beautiful mountain view, good facilities, comfortable and quiet rooms, clean establishment. Excellent and helpful staff, including friendly kitchen staff and attentive hotel owner who provided transportation. Stunning view from the room. Free delicious breakfast with flaky croissants, sausages, eggs, and tea. Staff was responsive to emails and accommodating for late arrivals. Convenient distance from Grindelwald center for a pleasant stroll.

The hotel staff were amazing and made our stay top-rated. They upgraded our room and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Eiger. The location was great, just a 15-minute walk from the train station. The room, though dated in furnishings, was clean and comfortable. We also loved the excellent breakfast.

Free travel pass for buses saves money, staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel could improve their cleanliness standards. the carpets and windows were dirty and the bed linens weren't changed often enough.
