our stay in heremence was spectacular, but eringer hotel took it to another level. the ski-in ski-out experience was unbeatable, with stunning views, cozy rooms, and a delicious breakfast. the staff was friendly and the lobby/bar area was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The restaurant was a letdown. something was off with the food, and the staff seemed unprofessional, sitting around and not providing the service expected at the price point.

The hotel is modern, clean and had excellent facilities. the bar/lounge area had a fantastic ambiance and the staff were always friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes and a spacious ski and boot room. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of great options to choose from.

We experienced some delays during check-in and our room wasn't ready upon arrival. Housekeeping was also inconsistent at times.
