i had a fantastic stay in interlaken! the modern superior double room was extremely comfy and offered stunning mountain views. the breakfast options were plentiful, and the overall cleanliness far exceeded my expectations.

the air conditioning was not effective during warm days.

i was charged an additional guest fee for a room I already reserved for two, and nobody mentioned it until 8 PM! also, the air conditioning barely worked, making the room stuffy. i expected a complimentary gesture for the hassle but was sadly dissapointed. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

All good, meets all expectations. Bright breakfast area with a wide selection of beverages.

We enjoyed a cozy Superior Double Room, though we had a couple of hiccups, including a day without cleaning. The onsite dining was delightful. don't miss the breakfast spread! For future guests, ensure you inform the front desk for any maintenance needs right away.

Location is spot on, just a hop from the train station! Rooms were comfy and pristine, and the views were spectacular. I adored how close everything was—shops and restaurants steps away.

The shower was tighter than a pair of Spanx! And let's chat about a tad too soft mattress—I'm not auditioning for a pillow commercial here!

This place boasts an awesome breakfast selection and the staff were super friendly! The rooms are well sound-proofed, so you hardly notice the trains. So close to everything, it made getting around a breeze! 🚆😊

I stayed in a Superior Double Room, and it was super comfy! The beds were really soft, and the shower was fantastic. The view was also a bonus since it overlooked some nice scenery. I didn’t hear any trains even though the station was close, which was a pleasant surprise. Just a small hiccup with forgetting to clean one day, but that's life! Still, I loved how modern and clean the place felt. Definitely a comfy stay overall!
