I recently stayed at a hotel in Zermatt and had a great experience at Europe Hotel & Spa. My purpose was to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings for a few days. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel well taken care of. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The spa and massage services were also top-notch, providing a truly relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

This luxurious hotel was the perfect choice for my stay. Its location was ideal for walking to the center of town for restaurants, while being in a beautiful, quiet hotel off the main drag. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains from the two balconies. The bed was extra comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, making for a satisfying start to the day.

We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel owner personally picked us up from the train station at 10 PM, making our late arrival stress-free. The breakfast buffet had a stunning view of the Matterhorn and the food was delicious. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel itself was modern and well-maintained. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were great. The shuttle service to and from the train station was a nice perk. The location in a quiet area with beautiful mountain views was a definite plus. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always friendly and helpful.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the stunning views from our room's balcony. The view of the mountains, especially the Matterhorn, was breathtaking and added a touch of magic to our stay. Another highlight was the spa facilities. We indulged in the saunas and the jacuzzi pool, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The only downside was that the location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the cable car and around 15 minutes to reach the railway station.

I got great value for my money at the hotel, with a spacious and comfortable room that had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The staff at Europe Hotel & Spa were incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The food at the buffet was great, and the bar had a cozy atmosphere. The sauna and spa exceeded expectations, but more photos should be added to showcase the space. The massages were superb. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful surroundings.
