I recently had an amazing stay at a 5-star hotel in a beautiful alpine village. The location was perfect, with easy access to the various ski lifts and a car park. The deluxe room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the mountains and glaciers. The spacious and comfortable room felt more like a suite. The staff provided great service, and the spa and pool facilities were fantastic. the complimentary vouchers for the cable car added to the overall experience.

There were some imperfections in the hotel. The cleanliness in the pool area was not spotless, and there were some signs of corrosion in the spa facilities.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise where we enjoyed exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. The Spa & Wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were all immaculate and provided a much-needed escape from the outside world. The hotel staff were attentive and always willing to cater to our every request. The location was perfect, tucked away in a beautiful area with a serene garden that offered a peaceful place to relax.

Although our stay at this hotel was amazing, we did experience one minor issue. The private facilities were not as exclusive as we had hoped, as we had to share it with other guests.

Excellent spa facilities, top-quality ski equipment rental, and the restaurant and bar are run by top professionals providing exceptional service. The hotel offers convenient transport to and from the parking and slopes. The ski teachers are friendly and the resort has plenty of snow. The village is quaint and perfect for families.

Had a wonderful Xmas at this hotel, with great amenities and a welcoming staff. The view from the top floor of the hotel was breathtaking and the location was perfect for accessing nearby stores and restaurants. The spa treatments were great, and the complimentary shuttle to the ski slopes made getting around a breeze.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things to improve upon. The room temperature was a bit too warm at times, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable.
